How to request a refund

In order to request a refund, please follow these simple steps:

Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order.

Provide a valid reason for the refund request.

Ensure that the item is in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

Include proof of purchase, such as order number or receipt.

Return the item to us within 30 days from the date of purchase

Eligibility for refunds

We offer refunds on most items, with a few exceptions:

All Electronics items.

Customized or personalized items.

Digital products such as e-books or software.

In addition, the following conditions must be met in order to be eligible for a refund:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging.

Any free gifts or promotional items that came with the purchase must also be returned.

Processing refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. We aim to process refunds within 7 working days after receiving the returned item.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original form of payment. Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Damaged or defective items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately and provide photos as proof. We will replace the item at no additional cost or offer a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Non-refundable fees

Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. In addition, any taxes or duties paid on the purchase will not be refunded.
